I started out with a Sherline lathe and mill set up in a converted
bedroom a few years ago. I am turning out small projects now, but have
acquired an 11" Logan lathe, an Atlas shaper, and a small knee mill.
The goal is to turn out live
steam engines in 3/4" scale, 1" scale, or 1 1/2" scale. (Two or three
in a lifetime is probably a reasonable figure.)
